Amberly features two extremely modern Sigma Muse NV lifts to ensure residents get where they need to be when they need to be there. These lifts are also scenic, providing a spectacular view of the surroundings.

Moving in or moving bulky items? Amberly Apartments has a high-speed freight lift for all your moving needs. This also doubles as a Fire Lift for emergency evacuations.

Amberly Apartment is a 10-minute walk from Elmfield MRT Station on the Matt City Metro Eastern Line. It is also easily accessible by bus stops located right outside the complex entrance (B/S 61103 & B/S 61104. Buses 56,59,156)

The Amberly Shuttle is an on-demand shuttle service, and plies between Elmfield MRT and the Apartment Complex, reducing the need for private vehicles.

We value resident safety at Amberly, hence we have installed these Access Control Systems to prevent any unwelcome visitors and enhance overall complex safety.

Here at Amberly, all apartment doors are securely keycarded and are also equipped with a doorbell. These come with your apartment purchase, free-of-charge. We will issue you the cards upon your move-in.

Amberly Apartments has been rated as fire-ready  by the Matt City Buildings Authority. In case of an emergency, the access doors will automatically unlock and allow for a safe, quick escape.

toby the security guard has worked with Amberly for more than 2 decades. He is an experienced security guard and helps to monitor the apartment at all times.

You can find him sitting at the main entrance.

We provide our residents with a laundromat that they may use free-of-charge. Here at Amberly, residents respect and take care of the facilities, allowing us to continue keeping things free or cheap for residents

Amberly boasts a large underground parking lot, monitored 24/7 by Security. The carpark is also secured with vehicle barriers to ensure only residents can park in it

Take a stroll on the rooftop in the roof garden, complete with a playground for the kids.

Looking to host a nice party or gathering but don't have enough space in your apartment or don't want smoke everywhere? Book a BBQ Pit with our Apartment Management and we will prep the BBQ Pit and foods for you to have a blast of a time!

Drop down for a quick workout after a busy day. Air-conditioned and equipped with treadmills, weights and barbells.

Matt's Café is the place to go for a quick snack or a nice cuppa morning coffee. Located on the rooftop beside the BBQ Pits
